Due to hygiene and safety concerns following the COVID-19 pandemic, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been used, worn, or opened.
To be eligible for a return request, items must be:

Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting our support team at info@mila2018.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
